What we do with this information:
In a nutshell, we need email addresses and/or phone numbers in order to respond to queries and to contact customers about their most recent purchase and we need postal addresses in order to mail samples and purchased goods, but there's a bit more to it than that.

- For legal reasons - we need to keep basic records (your name, town, county/state, country, date of purchase, item purchased, date posted) of past orders in order to calculate taxes payable, file tax returns and track shipping.
- For marketing and analysis purposes - we keep basic records (town, county/state, country, date of purchase, item purchased) of past orders in order to assess future stock volumes.
We will only keep your personal data as long as is necessary to fulfil these purposes. All personal data is stored securely using GDPR compliant cloud services.

- If you agree
- With service providers such as delivery companies (e.g. Royal Mail) in order for them to deliver your goods.
